Puppies are reserved in order of reservation fee being received. No puppies are reserved without monies being received. No holds. Be sure of your reservation as reservation fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Fee is fully refundable if BREEDER is unable to provide the puppy requested due to non-pregnancy or not enough puppies born in a litter.

It is understood by the buyer that breeder can make NO guarantees about size, eye color, coat variations, weight, color at maturity, or tail docking length (where applicable).
All puppies come with a 1 year General Health Guarantee.

1. Florida Health Certificate - Puppies will not be released to new homes until they are at least 8 weeks old and have a Florida Health Certificate. Puppies are sold as PETS, and no breeding rights are given.
2. Registrarion - where applicable if pup is AKC or CKC.
3. Written Health Guarantee - this is a 1 year standard bill of health
